Called about a leaky faucets in our shower. Dennis came out and determined he needed to order parts. When the parts came in, he called and repaired them efficiently. While he was here he repaired two outside faucets for us.
When he was going to be an hour late, he actually called to tell us! I have never had that happen before. In my experience, plumbers either don’t call if they are going to be late, or don’t show up at all. Thank you Dennis.
